Nomination Papers for Town Offices - Town Clerk Holly Sargent has announced that nomination papers for the 2018 Town Election are available beginning Monday, March 12, 2018 in the Clinton Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. 2018 Dog Licenses Availalble - Dog licenses for 2018 are now available in the Clinton Town Clerk's Office at Town Hall between the hours of 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. Town Committee Volunteers Needed - The Board of Selectmen is seeking community volunteers to serve on the Tax Classification Study Committe to review the current property tax struct in Clinton and make recommendations to the Board of Selectmen for consideration at the next tax classification hearing at the end of the year. Clinton Housing Improvement Program - The Town of Clinton seeks to re-establish the Clinton Housing Improvement Program (CHIP). This program will assist eligible owners who wish to make needed repairs to their properties. Rubbish & Recycle Collection Program - The Town of Clinton has modified its rubbish collection program to include curbside recycling. The Department of Public Works will conduct rubbish collection on a weekly basis and will only empty the green carts with recycled material every other week according to the following schedule: Recycle Collection Calendar for 2017-2018. Residents should wheel the green recycle carts to the edge of their property for pickup along with their trash on the recycle collection weeks.
