Selectmen's Children Holiday Party - The Clinton Board of Selectmen is pleased to announce that it will be hosting the Annual Children’s Holiday Party on Saturday, November 25, 2017 from 3:00-5:00 PM at the Clinton Town Hall, located at 242 Church Street, with the Annual Caroling & Tree Lighting Event to follow in Central Park. The event is free and all are welcome to attend. The Board of Selectmen hosts this event through the generous donations and support of local area businesses. The annual party offers a sense of community and brings holiday cheer to the families that attend. There will be face painting, pictures with Santa, please bring your own camera, musical entertainment, dancing with holiday characters, balloon animals, and magic tricks. Refreshments, donuts and other holiday goodies will be served. Save the date and plan to arrive early to wait on the front steps to see Santa and his friends arrive in style on the Clinton Fire Department Fire Engine!!

Tree Lighting & Caroling in Central Park - The Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony and Caroling will take place in Central Park on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at 5:00 PM following the Children’s Holiday Party. Please come and help kickoff the holiday season.

Treel Lighting Ceremony

Special State Election - Due to the resignation of State Senator Jennifer L. Flanagan, there will be a Special State Election to be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2017 from 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM in the Fallon Memorial Auditorium of the Clinton Town Hall. Clinton Housing Improvement Program - The Town of Clinton seeks to re-establish the Clinton Housing Improvement Program (CHIP). This program will assist eligible owners who wish to make needed repairs to their properties. There are eligibility requirements, but if you are a property owner who wishes to know more, please click here for a pre-application form. Rubbish & Recycle Collection Program - The Town of Clinton has modified its rubbish collection program to include curbside recycling. The Department of Public Works will conduct rubbish collection on a weekly basis and will only empty the green carts with recycled material every other week according to the following schedule: Recycle Collection Calendar for 2017-2018. Residents should wheel the green recycle carts to the edge of their property for pickup along with their trash on the recycle collection weeks.
