As of May 29, 2020: There are two hundred sixteen (216) confirmed cases of Covid-19 Coronavirus in Clinton.

The Clinton Board of Health and the Montachusetts Public Health Network have sponsored a local telephone hotline staffed by medical professionals to answer your questions about Covid-19.

Town Administrator Michael Ward and the Board of Health wish to provide the community with updated information on the novel coronavirus COVID-19 as Federal and State health officials continue to monitor the spread of the disease.

In order to protect the health and safety of town employees and the public due to the threat of the Covid-19 Coronavirus, all municipal buildings in the Town of Clinton will limit public access beginning Wednesday, March 18, 2020 until further notice. Town offices are still operating and employees are working to continue municipal operations. The public can conduct business by phone, email or U.S. mail. Thank you for your cooperation.

Per order of the Clinton Board of Health, the following facilities will be closed to the general public: all town buildings, ballfields for organized activities and playgrounds. In addition, all religious organizations are reminded that they must limit attending crowds for any services to no more than ten (10) people at one time per the Governor of the Commonwealth.

This order is issued pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 111, Section 30 and shall be enforced, if necessary, with the assistance of state or municipal police. This order is effective March 18, 2020 and shall remain in effect through May 5, 2020, unless further amended.
