   I see that Berlin hosts Coffee with the Board and I thought that was a lovely way to speak with the Board in a less formal, less intimidating way. May each board member could pick 2 months a year to be available at a public location (not the town hall) to 'socialize' with town residents. To hear about their ideas and be inspired by those who aren't in their immediate social circles.

2. Parking enforcement seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Area around university almost impossible to find parking for home owners.
